August in Utah and Ammon's Homecoming

We started August off by putting these two in the same bed! Their cribs have been right up next to each other since we took them out of the same bed, and they missed each other. They would always sit right up by the rails and talk to each other and touch each other through the bars, and we figured they were old enough to not smother each other anymore.

Then we made another trip to Utah to welcome my brother Ammon home from his mission. He served a good two years in Canada and hadn't even met the twins yet!

Before he got home, we all did our nails, worked on the yard, and took a trip to the zoo!

The kids had a blast with their cousins, and we even got to feed the giraffes!

The little kids were all a little scared at first, but they thought it was awesome.

My mom has a really great zoo pass with unlimited rides, so the kids made us go on them over and over again!

Charlie was a little bit nervous about it, but Henry loved the merry-go-round!

We spent the next day playing at the splash pad, and the kids all had a blast!

Luckily we had Jordyn with us, and she kept all the kids entertained.

My boys love their Auntie Jo!

Then the day finally came.  Ammon was coming home, so we made some posters and headed up to the airport to pick him up. This was Jordyn's poster. We laughed about how her maple leaf looked like something else that's pretty popular in Vancouver *wink wink*

We didn't take a lot of pictures, but everyone was excited to see him.

Ammon needed some new clothes, so here are some random pictures of the boys at H&M.

We also took a morning and went swimming up at Mark's house.

Look at all these sweet cuddly boys! Sunday Snuggles!

Monday morning we went to the park. Will insisted on wearing these devil costume pieces he found at Grandma's house, and had fun pushing his brothers on the swings.

Then we spent another day at the zoo. We caught the bird show this time, which made the twins kind of nervous, but Will thought it was really cool.

We wandered around and rode the merry-go-round until the kids got tired and passed out!

Henry was so tired he just slept right through the train ride.

We had a blast in Utah and the kids loved spending some time with their Uncle Ammy!
