Thanksgiving Weekend

Our Thanksgiving was fairly uneventful. We didn't feel like making a big dinner, so we made plans to check out the redwoods.

We got up that morning and headed out to Muir Woods. We figured that we would be the only crazy people going there instead of spending time with our family on Thanksgiving. Wrong. We got over there and it was crazy and we couldn't find anywhere to park.

So we started heading away from the crazy traffic and decided to follow a sign to the beach. The drive there ended up being a little longer than we had expected, but it was gorgeous!

We ended up at Stinson Beach and wished we had been prepared for a beach day! Unfortunately we didn't have any towels or anything, so we just walked on the beach for a little while and then headed out.

We had planned on going out for dinner, but hadn't decided on where because we weren't sure where we would be. We ended up at a BBQ place and had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. The next day was Black Friday and I spent the morning doing a little bit of Christmas shopping, and then our friends Clay and Karly drove out for a visit.

We spent Saturday exploring San Francisco with them, which is always enjoyable.

We got milkshakes at Ghiradelli Square and they had a giant Christmas tree set up.

It was a long day, and Will was pretty worn out.

And here are some cute pictures of Will from Sunday.
